Update

Either the doctors didn't want to deal with getting a cast on Cora late on a Friday afternoon or they were just waiting in case there had been any swelling that needed to subside, because our "reevaluation" today was really just Cora getting a cast put on. She was a very brave girl again and didn't mind two nurses and a doctor patching her up. (I think it really helped that one of the nurses was a lady from our church whose son is just a little younger than Cora. And it really helped me that a friend of mind was watching the boys while Cora was getting her cast put on!) It'll be four weeks until her cast comes off, which seems like forever right now. We're hoping the next month doesn't drag too much!
Our three monkeys have (maybe) learned an important lesson from Cora's broken elbow:
