A friend told me about the nearby Clemens Center having a production today for the play Charlotte's Web. It was open to school groups, but individual tickets could be purchased (cheaply!) as well. We headed to Elmira for the 12:30 showing, which lasted an hour. I wasn't sure how Cora would do, but she was quiet the whole time. She didn't watch everything... probably because it was getting to be her nap time... but she didn't distract anyone either. Since the kids and I had listened to the book on CD a few months ago, I knew they would enjoy the story again. I'm really glad we found out about this show! And now I'll know to check the Clemens Center website for other shows that the kids might enjoy.
