Today was a beautiful day with (finally!) some spring-like temperatures. The kids and I took a walk down our road to check out the very full creek and spot things in bloom. When we got back to the house, one of the boys asked if we could have a picnic. By then, it was too late to pack everything up and bring it to the park (and still be back for Cora's naptime), and it was way too wet on our lawn to spread out a blanket. So I brought some chairs out for the kids and we had a picnic on our sidewalk. We're all looking forward to things drying out enough to have picnics at the park again!
