At the beginning of July, my dear friend from college, Christine, came to visit with her three kids. Zofia is 6, Asher is 4 1/2, and Nadine is just a couple weeks older than Cora. From the afternoon that they arrived, all the kids were instant friends.
Even though our days were filled with entertaining the six kids - trips to two parks, swimming, splashing at the fountain, and playing around our house - Christine and I did get a lot of chat time in once all the kids were sleeping. It was great to catch up with her again after five years!
Cora loved being able to play with two other girls!
On their last evening, we attempted a picture of all the kids... but they were just a little too goofy!
On the day they left, we got all the kids ready and headed to the park.
And after a lot of play time, we did get a decent picture of all six kids!
