Although the boys aren't in preschool, we tagged along with the pre-K and Kindergarden classes from Horseheads Christian School on their field trip yesterday to a nearby maple syrup operation.
(My uncle who makes maple syrup isn't making it this year, but I still wanted the kids to see it made, as I don't know how much they remember from last year.)
At the end of our time outside, everyone went in for ice cream with maple syrup on it. All the kids really loved that!
