The day after the reunion, Dan and I took the boys on a paddle boat ride after breakfast at the campground where we were staying.
The boys loved the boat, and didn't seem to mind the life-jackets at all. We paddled over to a bunch of ducks that were all floating on the water and asleep and woke them up. Here Seth is waving goodbye to the ducks as we paddled away:
After leaving the ducks so they could go back to sleep, we paddled really close to a blue heron, before it decided we'd come too close and flew several yards down the riverbank.
What a relaxing way to spend the hour in between breakfast and naptime. Neither of the boys wanted the boat ride to end!
