We have noticed for several months now that Seth can be a little particular at times, especially when it comes to being dirty. He can't stand to have lint in his toes or grass in his sandals. He will still play in the dirt with Aiden, but he also will come to Dan or I and say, "Uh-oh" and show us his hands if he can't brush the dirt off when he wants to be clean again. Even the lone freckle that appeared on his arm during the summer can be a problem for him and he either tells us "uh-oh" while pointing at it or "owwie" while signing "hurt" when he sees it on his arm. Dan says this is the OCD in Seth (which he also adds comes from my side of the family... and he's probably right about that). Last night, with their dinner of chili, we gave the boys some crackers with peanut butter on them. Seth loves crackers with peanut butter... but he didn't want to pick them up himself because he knew he'd get the peanut butter on his hands! Aiden, on the other hand, had no qualms picking up his crackers (and never has a problem getting his hands dirty either). Our boys can be quite different at times!

That's hilarious!! I can't believe how big your boys are getting. They'll be starting school before you know it. (yikes)
