Three!

Aiden and Seth turned three today! It's hard to believe that the little men who run all over our house and chatter constantly each weighed less than 5 pounds when they were born. Despite their 7-week-early start to life (and the month they spent in the NICU), they are perfectly healthy, normal preschoolers, and we are grateful for that every day!

We had a small celebration with the boys this afternoon after naptime. (However, the nap didn't actually happen because Aiden and Seth were both too excited about presents to sleep.) We blew up over a dozen balloons for them to play with and got them some Thomas the Tank Engine bath toys and also toy frogs that they have admired at the store for months. They had cards to open, money to put in their piggy banks and new shirts from Uncle J and Aunt Lori.

We had some of their favorites for dinner - cheeseburgers and Kraft Mac & Cheese. And I bought some ice cream for dessert.

It was thoroughly enjoyed by both boys!
