We arrived at Chris and Amy Brown's house on the west side of Cleveland around 1pm. By mid-afternoon, all the older kids were home from school. The temperature was in the high 80's that day, so the kiddie pool was brought out and filled for the enjoyment of those 7 and under.
But even Chris and Amy's older daughters, Kara and Lauryn, got in on the play time in the back yard.
Cora was very happy to be wherever her buddy, Cole, was. (He is the Brown's youngest child and is a year and a few weeks older than Cora. She adores him!)
Chris and Amy made some pizza on the grill for dinner that night and we all picnicked on the lawn and deck. Before the Brown's moved two years ago, we would usually have dinner all together either at their place or ours about every month, so it was really nice to be able to visit them and share several days with them!
