Shopping Trip

As a reward for Aiden and Seth for their second diaper-free day, Dan and I took them shopping this morning for new underwear. We had bought one pack with Sesame Street characters several months ago... but they had gotten very little use up until this past week. The boys are much more interested in potty-training now though (especially Aiden), and will hopefully be needing underwear on a full-time basis really soon. We let them pick out whatever characters they wanted at Kohl's. Aiden picked Disney's Cars and Seth picked Mickey Mouse. They both also picked a smaller pack with Bob the Builder. They were very excited to carry their purchases up to the counter themselves...

and even pay themselves (with money that Daddy had given them to use).

Before leaving the store, we got one more picture of them with their bags in the entryway. (Doesn't Aiden look SO proud?) We had them use the bathroom at Kohl's and Walmart and returned home 2 hours later with no accidents having happened while we were out. Now to just get them sleeping in big beds and always eating their food by themselves and we may just be ready for a new baby in the house!
