Strawberries+Sugar+Pectin

The past few evenings, I have been hard at work in our kitchen making 3 batches (each night) of strawberry jam. I now have 18 pint-size jars of jam in our freezer and may be finished for this season... but maybe not. With Aiden and Seth both eating whole sandwiches, we go through a lot of jam and peanut butter, even though I try to feed them other lunch foods also. So will 18 jars get us through a year of PB&J? I guess we'll see.
